|Recommended: YesGreat place, good ward, close to campus — It's a great apartment, pretty good size kitchen and front room. There's a good amount of storage in the bathroom and kitchen. The vanity is nice and big, and the bathrooms in general are nice and don't look like a hundred people have used them lol. You also get access to the pool at the Brittany. Biggest downside is there isn't a lot of laundry machines which actually hasn't been a problem for me or my roommates and the parking is 20 a month with not a lot of street parking. It's a super close walk to campus and the ward is awesome Definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesI have loved living at the crown so far. The kitchen is great, there are two bathrooms so it makes everything very convenient. The only thing is the price. It is everything plus utilities, a 20 dollar parking pass for every month, so it totals around 550 a month. This would be the only reason I leave, because it is a crazy amount especially for a shared room, hope something changes. However, if price is not a problem, I think this could be the place for you. It is really close to campus and there is a bus stop right by us so it is extra convenient.

|Recommended: YesI like living here but it has some problems — The social life is decent because liberty square is also in our ward. The rooms are super small but the living room and kitchen are nice. There is always parking if you have a pass but the pass is expensive. Cleaning checks the first time were a nightmare and management was hard to work with but it has gotten better.

|Recommended: YesThe Crown is affordable, nice apartments for the price. — The Crown is close to BYU campus and close to a bus station, affordable, part of an awesome ward They're nice apartments for the price - nice size living room, kitchen space island, the rooms are small but big enough for your needs. Prompt in responding to work orders. Offer a parking pass which is nice you do have to pay for it . Floors are pretty squeaky and you can heard the upstairs neighbors walk around and the bar stools being moved. We've had trouble with the surrounding houses at times. Overall, great place to live

|Recommended: YesIt's cozy, but very small and outdated. — A great first year apartment, super close to campus and very close to a lot of stores and things in Provo. My only complaints would be that it's a couple blocks away from our sister apartments shared pool and lounge room, there's only 2 washer and dryers for the whole lot of 12 apartments, which is a challenge to wash your clothes. I do appreciate that the machines take card and not just coin.

|Recommended: YesThe Crown is a Dream — It's a very nice place in terms of it's proximity to campus, the upkeep of the apartments, and the maintenance and office staff. Everyone is friendly and helps to work out any issues the residents may have.

|Recommended: YesI have really enjoyed living at the Crown — I really enjoy living at the Crown, the apartments are great and maintenance is always on top of it. It’s in a really good location if you want something close to campus, but the neighbors are a bit sketchy and have police show up there all the time. Rent is fairly priced but I pay way too much to live here. There are a lot of extra fees I did not realize I would be paying. Including a carpet cleaning that has not happened and crappy internet that each roommate pays 22 per month for. Way over priced.
